I am writing to express my strong interest in joining the University of Malaya in an academic or research capacity within the Faculty of Engineering. I hold a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from Lincoln University College, Malaysia, and have experience in both academia and the construction industry.

My doctoral work focused on improving the local buckling resistance of circular concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) columns using sleeve anchor stiffeners. This research involved experimental testing and finite element modeling, providing me with strong expertise in structural behavior and simulation techniques.

In addition to my academic background, I have worked as a Civil Site Supervisor, gaining hands-on experience in project management, quality control, and construction practices. I am enthusiastic about applying this combined knowledge to teaching, research, and industry collaboration.
